Refund Policy

Northern Nova United Soccer Club has established guidelines for processing refunds.

Summer  Mini/recreational Registration Fees
Refunds of registration fees for Summer Recreational Programs will be granted ONLY under the following circumstances:
a) Illness, as proven by a medical doctor’s certificate, prior to first night of soccer.
b) A full refund will be provided if the program is cancelled due to lack of registrants.
c) A partial refund will be granted if the house league season hasn't started yet.
 
Summer Competitive Registration Fees
Refunds of registration fees for Summer Competitive Programs will be granted ONLY for the following circumstances:
a) Illness, as proven by a medical doctor’s certificate, prior to the team's first game played 
b) A full refund will be provided if the program is cancelled due to lack of registrants.

Every refund will be subjected to a $20.00 administration fee with the exception that  the program is cancelled by the club. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing before June 30th to: admin@nnusc.com.
